Prices and Payments Prices are shown in your selected currency (USD or GBP) and include VAT where applicable for UK customers. We may update prices at any time. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.

Ordering Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete information. If we cancel after you have paid, you will receive a full refund.

• Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside the UK (e.g., to the USA), any local sales taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds You can return most items within 30 days of delivery as explained on our Refund Policy page. Please follow the steps on that page before sending anything back to ensure your return is processed correctly. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Promotions and Discount Codes Promotions and codes have stated rules and expiration dates. Only one code can be used per order unless we say otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw an offer at any time.
