What Can Be Returned Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all accessories and manuals included. Please include your order number inside the parcel to help us identify your return.

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent to the registered office or incorrect addresses cannot be processed.
Return Addresses We facilitate returns in both the United States and the United Kingdom. To ensure your return goes to the correct facility, our support team will provide you with the specific return address (US or UK) via email when you initiate your return.
Who Pays for Return Shipping

Change of mind: You are responsible for the return postage costs.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item: We will cover the return postage or provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds We issue refunds to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. We aim to process refunds within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the funds to your account. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you start the return.
Cancellations and Order Changes If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Missing or Late Delivery If tracking shows "Delivered" and you do not have the parcel, please check safe places and ask neighbours first, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us with your order number and we will assist you.
