Shipping policy

Note on Shipping Origin SolveExpo is a trading name of Zenithzon Limited, a UK-registered company. To ensure fast delivery for our customers in the United States and United Kingdom, we facilitate shipping directly via our logistics partners in the respective regions. You do not need to worry about international customs fees for standard orders.

Where We Ship We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing Time Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days.
United States: 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Couriers may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility or partner warehouse. You can use this number to track your parcel’s progress at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Where Orders Ship From Orders may ship from our facility or from our partner warehouses depending on stock availability and your delivery destination. This flexible approach helps us keep items available and deliver them as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure you receive available items sooner. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Wrong Address: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
Missing Parcels: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you do not have the parcel, please check with household members and neighbours first, and look for any delivery attempt notice. If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier directly. If you need further assistance, contact our support team with your order number.

Taxes and Duties

UK Orders: Prices include VAT where applicable.
US Orders: US customers are not charged UK VAT. Any local sales taxes or import duties that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Notes

We do not offer in-person collection.
Delivery to P.O. boxes may be limited by the carrier.
During peak shopping periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
